This is a great campground: we stayed here for a month. The owners are on site. They help you park. It is nice and quiet here. Would stay again if in this area.

Campground very nice lots of things for the kids to do. Wi-Fi was very slow on weekends. Did not use showers, but the laundry room was clean. Staff friendly would stay here again.

You can hide away in this great campground. Most of the sites are by a small spring fed creek. You can sit on your patio and hear the water running. The owner and his wife are very friendly. The park is so clean. The owner is there everyday. The sites are gravel and every time someone leaves the owner rakes and levels the site. Just a short walk across the road is New River. We even had deer walking in the campground.

Staff here is so friendly and helpful. Great park for families. Lots of planned activities on weekends. Cable was limited we had a satellite on tripod was not able to get signal. Park was very clean. Stayed in front in pull thru sites they are going opposite directions a little close on one side opposite your door which gives you more room on door side.

Roads are paved, sites gravel and most are level. There is a section at the bottom of the hill that is close to the office that seems nice. There is another section that goes up a long narrow winding road. There are several long term RV in this section and some are very junky. So if you camp here stay in the lower section. Not sure I would camp here again.

This campground even had a sign on the interstate so thought we would overnight here. It was 9 miles off the interstate down a very narrow hilly road. Sites are very close together, there are several people that appear to be permanently sit up.

Campground was nice when you pull up Motel not the greatest put pull behind to campground. Large level paved sites. WiFi was great. Owner helpful and lives on property. Would stay here again. We only stayed 3 days, would not make this a long term stay.

Road and campsites are gravel. We stayed in the open section. There are several wooded sites but we needed to be sure our satellite would work. We had a large pull thru that was very level. Everything was clean and mowed. The laundry room also had new machines and was very nice. Staff was friendly. Great location for Baseball Hall of Fame, or Cooperstown Dreams Park.

Sites are a little small for your rig and tow vehicle. There are some large pull thrus, but they are reserved for people only staying a couple of days. The sites are gravel and level. Staff is very friendly even have a class in the afternoon with suggestions for touring the DC area.

Park was really a wonderful experience. Restroom and showers are very nice. The owner and his wife seem to take great pride in their campground. They are usually around checking on things. The staff here is excellent. You are only a short distance from Yorktown, Jamestown, and Colonial Williamsburg.

Spent the winter at Willow Tree, even though the weather was not the greatest. This park was awesome. The sites are so large you are not looking into your neighbors windows. There is even a private lake here with a walking trail around it or nature trails through the woods. A lot of planned activities for the winter. The staff here was so nice.
